Data we collect

Our website provides to you the means to contact us via a contact form. This form collects your details including name, email, and telephone number. This data is passed onto us via our website host Squarespace, but will never be stored by Squarespace. This data will be stored by Cairn Ecology Ltd for the purposes of communication only, and will not be shared with any other parties, such third parties or marketers. 

In order to continually improve our services, we monitor our website and its usage via Google Analytics. However, this service will not ever store any personable, identifiable data - instead it uses IP address information tracked via cookies. If you wish to delete any cookies on your device, this can be done through your own device instructions. 

If you would like to access the data we hold on you, enquire how this is used, or request this be deleted please contact info@cairnecology.co.uk. We will aim to respond to your enquiry within 14 working days. Data deletion requests will aim to be processed with 28 working days.
